In-house Recruiter. 9 month Fixed Term Contract

Please note:This role is to start in May 2018 for an intial duration of 9 months

As an Internal Recruiter your role is to manage the end to end recruitment process from role definition through to on-boarding.

This includes:

  • Taking a Job brief and setting expectations with hiring managers

  • Defining a relevant sourcing strategy for each role

  • Sourcing candidates through various methods (e.g. Advertisements, Job Boards and LinkedIn)

  • Reviewing CVs and application forms against requirements

  • Conducting initial telephone screening

  • Presenting relevant candidates to managers

  • Setting up interviews

  • Managing the candidate interview process (e.g. preparing for interviews and taking feedback)

  • Delivering feedback to candidates post interview

  • Managing the offer and on boarding process

  • Providing post-placement care

This role will involve managing multiple vacancies of varying levels at any one time across Allegis Group’s support business.

Role Requirements:

We require an individual to have at least 1 years experience in either an agency or in-house recruitment role

Skills:

* Ability to use a variety of sourcing methods

* Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines

* Can demonstrate strong candidate and stakeholder management skills

* Can demonstrate how to take a job brief and ask relevant questions

* Writing creative job adverts

Knowledge:

* Knowledge of differnet sourcing tools

* Strong commercial knowledge would be an advantage
