In House Recruiter- 6 month contract

Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle including but not limited to: -

  • The design and advertisement of vacancies to attract quality candidates
  • Screening applications
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Provide advice and guidance to Managers on effective interviewing techniques
  • HR presence at interview
  • Giving candidate feedback in a timely fashion
  • Update/refresh recruitment policy
  • Source, implement and maintain an effective recruitment database/candidate tracking system
  • Co-ordinate Apprenticeship and Student Placement programmes
  • Source and attend appropriate recruitment fairs
  • Utilisation of various Recruitment platforms via social media
  • Ensure data protection compliance with regards to storing candidate information
  • Assist Head of HR and HR Advisor with adhoc HR duties as required

Previous experience as an in-house recruiter

  • Advance PC skills in Word Powerpoint and excel
  • Recruitment on Social media
  • Hr experience ideal
