CRA arelooking to recruit to cover a period of maternity leave for one of their clients in their Sheffield based office. The role is within the legal costs team who are looking for an assistant to assist drafting costs for the Personal Injury department.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with legal costs and be able to draft Bill of Costs, Statements of Costs and Costs Schedules for claimant Personal Injury files. Experience with Claim 1's and Points of Reply would be advantageous but not essential.
*Degree educated with experience in costs drafting
*Committed, hardworking and willing to learn
*Experienced in operating in a pressurised and highly motivated team environment
*Ability to work on your own initiative with the minimum of supervision
*Flexible, organised and can communicate clearly with people at all levels
*Excellent IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes is essential
