Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of a premium national elderly care home provider to recruit an Improvement Manager for the North West region.

The role is to take overall responsibility for homes requiring improvement, ensuring all homes in the region reach Good or better in CQC inspections.

Our client is a highly thought of major provider and offers excellent support and development opportunities, as well as an attractive package including a salary up to £45k and company car.

About You
- Strong care home management experience, specifically with turning around homes.
- Clinical qualification is preferred.
- Experience of standards expected by the CQC and local authority and meeting/exceeding them
