Do you have import shipping experience and looking for a new role within a fast-paced logistics environment? Looking for a role that is a little different from your average freight forwarding role?

Our client based in Felixstowe are looking for a new member to join their team who are looking to be part of a close, friendly team with the security of being part of a global company

The Role:

You will be responsible for collating shipping documentation, updating customers on the progress of their shipments, passing the job to the Customs team to complete clearance and arrange final delivery.

This role is very much customer service focussed, so would suit someone who likes to deal with customers, problem solve and enjoys building relationships.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous import experience
  • Good customer services skills
  • Good IT knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Our client is looking to pay between £23K & 30K for the right candidate, depending on experience.
