JOB TITLE: Import and Export Coordinator

TYPE: Full Time

SALARY: Negotiable with excellent benefits.

LOCATION: Middlesbrough

THE ROLE:

To provide administrative support to the Import and Export department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately keep vessel information up to date.
Create and update overseas delivery paperwork.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure transactions are made accurately and efficiently.
Engage with external stakeholders.
Oversee all foreign purchase ledger roles.
Dealing with road and sea exports.

REQUIREMENTS:

Administrative experience in importing and exporting of goods.
Experience in a technical orientated environment.
Well organised, analytical and logical thinker who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
