Implementation Support Coordinator / Software Support / working for the Implementation, Development and Business Development teams supporting both internal and external work.
Excellent admin, coordination and people skills, for is client facing position and will require client visits on a regular basis. You will manage deployment scenarios to ensure that customer and client expectations are exceeded.
Essential skills required to include excellent people and presentation skills, project management with a proven ability to take on new technical skills and analyse data.
You will be tasked to travel to client sites (car driver and licence is a must), this is a great career opportunity that offers growth and development, you will be the key 'go to’ person for the client Be the first port of call for any client support issues, coordinating with our technical team as appropriate
Conduct regular Data review of appropriate client data to ensure the service is performing as expected and to help identify opportunities for improving utilisation and wider service adoption
Maintain regular contact with clients, across multiple stakeholders, to ensure they are correctly informed as to their use of the service, aware of areas for praise/ improvement, and to establish cases for wider service adoption.
Gather appropriate feedback from clients to establish their level of satisfaction with the service (high levels of satisfaction are required) through all stages of implementation.
This is an exciting role working in the heart of the software company and dealing with many parts of the internal business functions, to cover Post-sales, development support, and Marketing.
