You will have lots of experience working with IT technology platforms and, ideally this will include Human Resources, HR, Payroll, recruitment or Talent Management technology either working for a provider or will also consider HR people or IT recruiters who have become more systems and processes orientated.
Well established leader in their field, you will be working with Clients establishing business requirements and converting them into systems functional requirements.
Well educated, eloquent with gravitas, you should be a strong communicator who can produce accurate and well written specifications, possess good listening skills, be confident running meetings and have good software configurations skills. Working with UK and some US clients.
