This software company are authors and suppliers of their own versatile, scalable and fully functional ERP solution. Clients love the fact that it is a single source product and can be modified in-house to their requirements; it is a flexible product and easy to use. Their software is the go-to solution for many companies working in the manufacturing, automotive, distribution, food & beverage, packaging, print and engineering sectors.

Based near Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, they now need an additional Implementation Consultant for the team. Your experience will be in implementing solutions such as ERP software, Dealer Management Systems, Property Management software, MRP software, Construction software, Merchants software or something similar. Salary from £30 - £40k plus a very good car allowance.

You will uncover and map client requirements, participate in all phases of the software implementation life cycle including workshops, planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, go-live and client support, plus tracking and delivering their training needs, ensuring all milestones are met. It's a lively, busy team of people. You will be out on client site often, but there is a great company vibe when you have days in the office and they are fairly office centric, so proximity to Birmingham is important.

Their powerful ERP business software can be provided on premise, hosted and on mobile, and is comprehensive with a wide variety of modules including inventory, supply chain, project management, WMS, accounting & finance, retail, service management, CRM and sales, BI, scheduling, document management and e-commerce, so there is plenty to get your teeth into.

They are looking for someone who builds and maintains strong, last lasting relationships with customers, understands business processes, likes working in a client facing environment and anticipates problems and provides solutions.

Your software implementation skills could be with ERP software, but they are very happy with candidates who have worked with other application software such as dealer management, automotive, MRP, property software, construction software, merchants' software or anything similar. They want people with enthusiasm, motivation, good client facing and communication skills and a bit of spark.
