Implementation Consultant - Accounting & Property Software
New position for an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant with accounting & finance software experience and knowledge of Property Management, Procurement, Real Estate, Estate Asset Management, Facilities Management, Property Maintenance software or Rent Collection software.
You can be based remotely from home and on client site but ideally you will live within two hours drive of the Milton Keynes, Luton, Bedford area as you will have to go into the office for meetings. With a starting salary of up to £60k plus a good bonus, laptop, mobile, profit share, travel insurance and 25 days' holiday, this is a competitive package.
This software vendor has been developing and implementing web based property management, real estate, property investment management, accounting software and facilities management software for the retail, commercial, residential and industrial property market for many years. This role is to work as a Professional Services Consultant on the commercial property management software side. A typical project would be from end to end and would encompass:
- Looking at the business processes
- Workshops and analysis
- Set-up and configuration
- Software training
- Go-live and some post go-live support and hand holding
You need at least 3 years' software implementation and consultancy experience including decent knowledge of accounting and finance software and also property management software in any form, so it could be maintenance, facilities management, investment management, rent and lettings and so on. You will have excellent communication and client facing skills and they are looking for someone who is proactive, takes time to listen to clients' requirements and believes in providing quality software and quality services.
