Becoming an Implementation and Client Transition Co-ordinator with HR Solutions:

An exciting and varied opportunity to work alongside the Transition Manager to coordinate and support the successful transitions for new and existing clients to and from HR Solutions.

This would suit a proactive individual with customer service skills gained within a fast paced environment, good Word & Excel and some project style exposure.

What you will do:

  1. Throughout the client transitioning processes (which currently includes but not limited to On-Boarding, Academy conversions and Off-Boarding tasks), ensure alignment with agreed documented process activities.

  2. Ensure all activities are delivered in a timely fashion, ensuring all hand-offs to each work stream are clear and understood.

  3. Support the Transition Manager in ensuring all key stakeholders receive regular highlight reports, maintain the activity tracker, and escalate issues in a timely manner.

  4. Ensure consistent client experiences across the range of transitioning activities.

  5. Support the end to end process of all transitioning activities to ensure these are achieved on time and within cost.

  6. Running standard reports from a range of IT systems for distribution to clients.

  7. To actively participate in the culture of continuous improvement within the wider team and seek to improve services, performance, data and stakeholder feedback.

  8. To work closely with the site specific Operations teams, IT colleagues, Payroll Controls and Pensions Admin teams during the implementation process to ensure the customer experiences are smooth and professionally handled.

  9. Following internal governance arrangements, maintain and update the knowledge base portal, ensuring clients can access relevant information

  10. Support the delivery of HR/Payroll project activity in support of operations service development e.g. the move from a paper service to Self-Service.

  11. Ensure end to end implementation processes inclusive of user guides are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

Your experience will include:

  • Ideally A Level educated or minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths & English
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Good attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Experience of working in a project team and working in a customer focused environment
  • Experience of working in a HR and Payroll environment desirable
  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders with an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
