An opportunity has arisen for an OISC Level 1, 2 or 3 (or IAAS Level 1 or 2) Immigration Caseworker / Solicitor to join a very successful team. Job Information:

  • Job Title: Immigration Caseworker / Solicitor (2x Vacancy)
  • Salary: £24,000 + 25% (Case Fee Share) Per Annum
  • Holidays: 28 Days Paid Holiday Per Annum
  • Benefits: In-house Gym and Swimming Pool (For Employees Only)
  • Commencement: Immediate Start

Working Information:

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
  • Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Duration: Full-Time
  • Contract: Permanent

  • Ideally be either a Qualified Immigration Caseworker / Solicitor
  • At least 2 year's experience within Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights law
  • Experience dealing with Judicial Reviews, Human Rights and Asylum claims


  • Managerial or supervisory experience would be a bonus
  • Language skills an advantage
