CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS / Outbound Calling - Immediate start

up to £20,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission

Hours: 8am - 4. 30pm & with one shift of 11.30am till 8pm

you would be required to work one Saturday morning a month.

Approximate start date: End Feb2018

My client is a professional registered collections agency that offers a link between Gyms, Mobile phone companies and Banks, and their customers. Arrranging payment plans, as an alternative options for people in dept, rather than it being passed on for further proceedings.

This telephone based role, comes with full training, although you would need to have at least been in full time work for 2 years.

You would also need GCSE's to include: C grade or above in both English and Maths.

Communication is key for this role as is a friendly and personable, professional manner when dealing with customers.

Proven customer service, sales or negotiating experience would be a huge advantage, however, if you have outbound telephone experience, a tenacious attitude to your work and an energy and enthusiasm then please contact me.

Are you:

Self-motivated with a target/objective driven approach.

Good IT skills.

Ability to work accurately, paying attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team framework - to be versatile and flexible.

Good organisational skills.

Optional overtime available every other Saturday (9am-1pm) paid at time and a half.

Full training will be provided.
