Immediately available PA for Global Business - up to £27k!

A fantastic business based near Solihull is seeking an innovative and hands-on PA who can not only provide support to the directors, but implement their own ideas and add value to the business. You will need to be able to handle a high volume and fast-paced workload.

This is a temporary role which will require an immediate start.

This demanding role will primarily involve:

  • Travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, visa arrangements and expert liaison with local contacts

  • Complex and efficient diary management including the coordination of meetings and conferences on behalf of the management

  • Expert production of documents as well as maintenance of electronic and paper filing

  • Call handling on behalf of the management ensuring all messages are passed on in a timely and professional manner

  • Assistance with the HR function including minute taking in monthly meetings, organisation of candidate interviews and involvement in HR related conferences

  • General support when required!

    The successful PA will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Prior personal assistant experience or experience within a similar role

  • Excellent diary management skills

  • Ability to prioritise and time manage

  • Capacity to take the initiative

  • A positive approach to any given task

  • Flexibility and able to work under pressure

  • Excellent working knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint

    Access to your own vehicle would be ideal due to the location of the business.
