Our amazing client based in Kenilworth, Coventry, are recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Agents to join their team Full Time Immediately!
They are recruiting due to growth and expansion in business!
Day to day duties:
·Receiving inbound calls regarding customer queries
·Speaking with new and existing customers
·Dealing with complaints and cancellations
·Responding to all inbound emails efficiently and effectively
·Liaising with internal departments on a regular basis
·Prioritising work load
·Providing exceptional 5 star Customer Service via telephone and email
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service experience with any sector
- To be able to work well within a team and using your own initiative
- Organisational skills
- Must have your own transport due to the location of the client
37.5 Hours a week Monday to Friday!!!
£8.20 Per Hour for the first 8 weeks!
Salary rises to £17,000 Per annum
