Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join their Client as an Office Administrator based in Hemel Hempstead.

Overview

  • Answer all incoming calls in a polite manner
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Manage office inbox and respond to all relevant emails accordingly.
  • Sort all incoming post daily
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Stationery orders
  • Assist Office Manager with any other administrative tasks needed.

Experience

  • 1 years office based experience desirable
  • Comprehensive understanding of the main Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Data entry
  • A friendly and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers and other members of staff
  • Must be able to work off own initiative and be a self-starter, while also being a team player
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to keep information confidential where necessary
  • Efficiency and time management
  • Multi-tasker
