Overview
- Answer all incoming calls in a polite manner
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Manage office inbox and respond to all relevant emails accordingly.
- Sort all incoming post daily
- Maintain filing systems
- Stationery orders
- Assist Office Manager with any other administrative tasks needed.
Experience
- 1 years office based experience desirable
- Comprehensive understanding of the main Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Data entry
- A friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers and other members of staff
- Must be able to work off own initiative and be a self-starter, while also being a team player
- Attention to detail
- The ability to keep information confidential where necessary
- Efficiency and time management
- Multi-tasker
