? Immediate Need: Commercial Property Solicitor (3-5+ PQE) Manchester/Hybrid ?

My client based on the outskirts of Manchester are urgently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3-5 years PQE (or equivalent experience through CLIX) who can hit the ground running with a busy caseload.
The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously on a wide range of property transactions including:
  • Sales and purchases of industrial and small retail properties
  • Lease work for both Landlords and Tenants
  • Commercial mortgage and refinance matters
  • Corporate assistance on transactional work
If you're experienced, proactive, and ready to make an immediate impact, we need you sooner rather than later. This is a fantastic opportunity with a great multi-service Lew firm.

? Location: Manchester
? PQE: 3+ years (CLIX or more experience considered)
? Skills Required: Independent caseload management, sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
