About the Role

The Operations Team is a core part of the Auction business, made up of various functions; the Yard Team, Inspections, VCP and Imaging.

As Imagery Assistant, you will coordinate the activity of all the images taken within the pre and post-sale inspection process. Using company technology and standardised processes, you will take enhanced images of vehicles which will provide the buyer and vendor a visual representation of the product via their website.

You will set up and adjust technology as required, in order to capture enhanced images in line with the quality standards whilst identifying and reporting system deficiencies. Working with the operations team to ensure that the image and photography process is in line with other branch processes, you will review and quality check all images taken and upload them using technology given to support the onward process of the vehicles.

About You

They are looking for an individual who has strong communication skills and who can cope well under pressure in a very busy environment. Ensuring attention to detail is maintained at all times, you will demonstrate good time management, be able to prioritise the workload and work to deadlines.
