The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and documenting IFRS 17 requirements for the new finance systems. Other responsibilities will include understanding, communicating, and regularly assess major risks and issues associated with the delivery of IFRS 17 compliance.
Key Skills (Must Have's):
*Extensive experience working as a business analyst within the insurance industry, ideally across Financial, Actuarial or regulatory driven programmes.
*Qualified Accountant with at least three years' experience post qualifications practical experience.
*Experience in End to End general insurance IFRS financial reporting environment.
*Basic understanding of actuarial processes and outputs
*Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to influence challenging stakeholders up to executive level.
*Strong understanding of business processes and organisational structures.
