Our client is a small firm offering independent financial advice on mortgages, investments, savings and pension planning with a solid existing client portfolio.

IFA job description

You will have a proven track record of results and be able to demonstrate great communication skills and a good knowledge of the fast moving financial services market.

  • Full Dip FA level 4 required

Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing clients to carry out full financial reviews and conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims using our CRM system Finplan
  • Will be responsible for onboarding new members into an existing large SIPP
  • analyse information and prepare plans best suited to individual clients' requirements
  • complete risk profiles, factfinds and suitability letters
  • assist clients to make informed decisions
  • review and respond to clients changing needs and financial circumstances
  • keep up to date with financial products and legislation
  • contact clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments
  • meet the regulatory aspects of the role, e.g. requirements for disclosure, costs of the services provided and also the advised products.
