IFA Sales Support - Bristol with parking!

Would you like to make the move into an IFA environment? My Client are an established and growing Advisory firm, who need an Administrator to join their friendly team. Supporting two successful Advisors and their Paraplanner, you will be ideally experienced within Financial Services and have some understanding of Pensions and Investments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Advisers in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients, always adhering to FCA regulations and internal policy procedure
  • Produce the relevant paperwork for clients, on behalf of the Advisers including quotations, illustrations and valuations
  • Process all new business documentation and chase any outstanding information
  • Deal with basic queries from clients, Advisers or colleagues, taking appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

Our client is keen to see candidates with relevant experience in a similar administration role, with applicants from either Financial Services or Banking being of particular interest. You will have excellent communication and organisational and written and be a good team player with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
