To retain and develop Financial Advisers within the Group on a proactive basis in line with the Company’s Account Management structure
To act in accordance with the FCA Statement of Principles, Code of Practice of Approved Persons and other statutory objectives.
Be on call to answer queries from both existing and potential new members, giving support and guidance on Group procedures.
. Assisting with the transition from presentation to form completion, through to final appointment.
Provide support during transition process, answering queries in the setting up and establishing of new businesses.
Identify ways of providing added value to the membership to encourage network growth and member development.
Field general enquiries throughout appointment and post appointment stages for both new and existing members.
Financial Planning Certificate 1,2,3 or equivalent
To have previous relevant sales experience within Financial Services preferably for a minimum of least 3 years.
Knowledge of FCA Principles
Knowledge of FCA Code of Approved Persons
