My client is an independent financial advisers serving clients throughout the UK and overseas and advising on retirement advice, tax efficient investment, risk management and insurance as well as estate planning.

Responsibilities and requirements of the role as an IFA PA/Administrator:

The company is seeking a PA/Financial Services Administrator to provide full PA and administration services to 2 advisers including booking appointments, tracking reviews and new business, preparing review packs, liaising with providers and submitting new business.The role will require someone with a good educational background with excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills with ambition. There will be added responsibility for assisting with training staff, checking files and other compliance duties.

The role will come with considerable career development, with assistance with exams and full training. Ideally you should have experience of working in an IFA or product provider with pensions experience.
