Title: IFA Operations Manager

Package: To £60,000 + Benefits

Role: We are recruiting for a highly successful boutique financial planning firm who are looking to expand their operation. They are in the process of expansion of the sales force and as such require someone to be responsible for the expansion and setting up of the back office function. You will be responsible for the expansion of the Administration team and once on-board, train and develop the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of the output of work from the team and ensuring the highest standards at all times.

You must have experience managing administrators within an IFA practice and be experienced in running all the requirements of a busy office. As training will be part of the role, you must also be experienced in running back office administration systems and ideally experienced using Voyant.

Any professional exams will be beneficial but not necessary.
