IFA Operations Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a IFA Operations Administrator on a 12 Month Fix Term Contract within a successful IFA Practice within the Salisbury area to join their large expanding team, very exciting opportunity due to organic growth.

Progression opportunities, with full study support towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.

The desirable candidate would be an individual with previous experience within an IFA Pratice/ Provider within a Administrative role, with whole of market knowledge.

Key Duties:
• Provide ongoing support to business colleagues, including general administration support and ad-hoc queries
• Field IT queries and provide first line of defence service.
• Maintain the businesses Adviser Office & Volume. Subject Matter Expert & Super user support.
• Liaise with 3rd party service providers, act as point of contact and manage relationships.
• Monitor own workflow and assist colleagues where required.
• Produce monthly suite of management reports and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Liaise with central HR department on local office HR matters.
• Assist with the on boarding of new staff members.
• Provide ongoing support to the Operations Manager and Operations Director as required.

Key Skills:

• Good broad knowledge on the products and providers
• Accuracy and attention to detail being key.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• To be a good listener
