IFA Operations Administrator - National Firm

My Client is a well known group of companies who is looking to add to their IFA business and is seeking a Operations Administrator to join their expanding team. With offices based across the UK, they foster a culture of internal progression and offer exam support and will aid study up to Level 4 Diploma, with examination books paid for and fantastic benefits!

Key duties:

• Provide support to the IFAs and Consultants alike
• Provide support to the Operations Manager and Team Leader to ensure the smooth functioning of core Operations Manager and Team Leader in bulk upload/updating tasks continually improve the quality of the data in IO and to assist in key projects – eg acquisitions – as the business needs dictate.
• Support the Operations Team Leader in managing the client review process and amendments to client servicing for the group, acting promptly to update the Client Review database and Intelligent Office.

Experience needed:

• Planning and organising skills – able to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritise work and deliver to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail when looking at data and updating databases
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in using Intelligent Office, or other similar CRM systems a great advantage.
• Previous or current experience in the field of training on Intelligent Office in an IFA environment
