IFA Learning and Development Manager (IFA Trainer) Base to £70K

Our client is a successful NAtional IFA business and thye are currently looking to expand their Support Management infrastructure by employing a L&D Manager to their team

Key Skills

  • Create and execute training and development programs tied to improved customer experience, revenue growth and people development
  • Work under own direction and in partnership with HRD, Managing Director (Planners), Planner Relationship Managers and T&C Supervisors to establish a learning and development culture of continuous learning
  • Be accountable for ensuring all training initiatives are focused on the sales and marketing strategic direction

Candidate MUST have experience of training IFA’s, including the technical elements associated with the role (this is essential).

The L&D role is ideally London or Reading based - there will be travel though as you will need to cover all of the offices for training
