This role is a Maternity cover role and therefore we would need someone who has little or no notice but should you have 4 weeks please still do apply as there maybe other opportunities available
This role will consist of the day to day administration help to the Compliance file Checkers and managers.
This will involve duties such as updating and changing errors in files that have been picked up by the File checkers.
Adding on notes to the system and updating the client records.
Updating spread sheets
Sending out letters to the client advising of changes.
Assisting with marketing material and distribution.
Liaising with the FCA on all queries.
For this role we need candidates that have a good admin background and would be confident with system such as Word, excel and email systems.
We would like candidates to have some financial services experience ideally within a IFA environment but if you have worked in Compliance within financial services that would be advantageous.
We need someone with a good eye for detail, good work ethics and strong in administration.
