Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator near Coventry to join a well-established Independent Financial Advice practice.

My client give advice on Financial Planning, Pensions, ISAs, Inheritance Tax, Investments and more. They strive to understand clients’ needs fully and ensure they meet their long-term goals, as well as tailoring their approach to ensure each client receives a bespoke service.

In this role you will be working alongside an existing IFA Administrator supporting a Financil Planner, providing full administration support across the board. The role will involve managing inbound telephone calls, greeting clients, liaising with clients, preparing client review packs, processing LOA's, supporting the administration team overall and much more.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator in an IFA/Wealth Management company – this is ideal but not essential (as long as you have a willingness to learn and some Financial Services background)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organisation and proritisation skills
