A well-established, multi-disciplinary professional services firm is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to join their support team. With multiple offices across Yorkshire and Derbyshire, they provide client-focused financial advice tailored to individual needs.

As a Financial Planning Assistant / Trainee Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers, ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of financial advice. Responsibilities

• Client administration
• Handling stationery and post
• New business processing (pre- and post-sale)
• Assisting with client reviews
• Managing group schemes
• General administrative support

Experience & Skills Required

• 3+ years of financial services experience (essential)
• Knowledge of FCA regulations (desirable)
• Senior administration or paraplanning experience (desirable)
