Role Summary:

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisors, ensuring smooth client interactions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Administration: Process new business applications and manage client documentation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data & CRM Management: Maintain and update client records, contributing to streamlined processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Report & Document Preparation: Assist in compiling investment reports and financial summaries, gaining valuable industry exposure.
  • Process Coordination: Liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless case progression and excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA or wealth management setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in handling financial records and client documentation.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and professional when interacting with clients, advisors, and external providers.
