This is a brilliant opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a dynamic and expanding team within an award winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners.

Offering an efficient service for processing new business for sales consultants, handling trades and fund switches, coordinating with product providers, and ensuring proper setup of new business
Issuing original policy documents to clients when necessary and ensuring that copy documents/contract notes are provided within the agreed turnaround time, while verifying their accuracy and alignment with the client's requirements
Offer post-meeting administrative support to consultants, ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframes
Providing administrative support for valuations, transfer of servicing, and client reviews to enable sales consultants to conduct efficient client meetings
