Our client, a well-respected IFA firm, are looking to recruit wealth management Administrator to join their Financial Planning Team in their Edinburgh office.

The successful candidate will provide full financial services administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers.

Key duties:

• Preparation of client illustrations, application packs, letters of authority and welcome packs.

• Dealing with day-to-day client requests (e.g. taking a withdrawal, increasing premiums)

• Assist with delivering the full end to end process of on boarding new clients and products, transactional actions and closures.

• Assist with the completion of client valuations including communication via email and telephone with third party product providers.
