Salary/package: £32,000 + bonus + 22 days annual leave + study support + free parking
Our client is an award-winning firm of Independent Financial Advisers that predominately advises clients in London and the Home Counties. The firm was formed around a decade ago and provides independent financial advice to retail and business clients, often encompassing both a client’s personal and business finances. The firm takes a holistic approach, realising that life at home and life at work are usually inextricably linked.
The IFA Administrator role is based at the Caterham offices, although the role is currently home based due to the Pandemic. Reporting to the Operations Director, the IFA Administrator will be carrying out typical daily duties such as general pensions administration, dealing with letters of authority, chasing providers for information and dealing with IFAs.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 years+ experience as an administrator at an IFA firm
- Experience placing applications on platforms
- Good telephone manner and organised
- Has dealt with letters of authority and chasing providers for information
- Selectapension experience
