£20,000 - £25,000

NJR are currently working with a leading Independent Wealth Management Advisory firm based in North Leeds who are looking for an Experienced IFA Administrator to join their ambitious, expanding and technically astute team

The main purpose of your role will be to prepare written advice and provide technical research services to an extremely successful Financial Planner, whilst ensuring that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing New Business
  • Liaising with clients and providers
  • Obtaining valuations
  • Checking all compliance paperwork is present
  • Provide support to a busy financial planner
  • Preparing illustrations
  • Prepare basic suitability letters

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience working as a within an IFA environment with knowledge of investment and pension products and it is essential that they are familiar with Intelligent Office. Those working wards Level 4 qualifications will be of interest, although experience in a similar role is more important. You will have excellent Microsoft and Excel skills solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who can deliver a first class service to clients as well as having the ability to build strong relationships and displaying professionalism at all times.
