About the Company:
My client is a successful, independent IFA with multiple offices across the UK. Their advisors aim to provide exceptional service to a range of clients that require advice on their retirement and pensions, investments and protection / insurance.
The advisory team are experienced at working with the elderly and vulnerable clients ensuring that their particular and varying needs are well considered and planned for.
The company has their own in-house investment team and they offer a range of risk rated model portfolios to clients who prefer their investments to be managed on a discretionary basis.
Their Bristol office is growing at a rapid rate and they are looking for an administrator that can start as soon as possible.
The role will see the administrator support a team of financial planners and paraplanners with all administrative duties, including creating and maintaining client files, issuing letters of authority, processing new business applications and contacting providers for quotes and valuations.
The administrator will be the first point of contact for telephone/email enquiries and will need to manage and organise advisor diaries.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Ideally you will have gained experience in a financial planning environment and have a good understanding of the Financial Administrator role and the duties involved with supporting a team of advisors.
You will need to have strong communication skills, be highly organised and self-motivated.
My client is looking to pay up to £25,000. This is an excellent position for someone who is keen to continue their career in the financial services industry.
