Our Client, a Chartered IFA firm based close to the City Centre in Norwich are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their support team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing experience within a Financial Services firm to broaden their knowledge and experience in the advisory world. On offer for the successful candidate is;

- Salary between £20-23k dependent upon experience
- on-site parking
- 25 days holiday rising with 5 years’ service,
- PMI and a competitive pension

You will work in a busy and successful support team of 10 Administrators and 12 Paraplanners, assisting the Financial Advisors in providing an excellent level of service to their clients. You will hold responsibility for a range of duties, which includes the processing and monitoring of new and existing business. The successful candidate will also ensure all client records and data are maintained accurately and efficiently. You will obtain and interpret information from providers and fund managers, and send out letters of authority and correspondence to clients, professional introducers and other third parties.

They are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a Financial Services firm, and have a good technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.

If you have any of your CII exams or LP2 that would be ideal, but this is by no means essential.
