Role: IFA Administrator (full-time)

We are part of a chartered firm of Independent Financial Advisers who strongly believe in building and maintaining long term relationships with our clients by understanding their needs, beliefs and requirements and in doing this help them to achieve the goals and aspirations they have for themselves, their companies and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide efficient administrative support to the IFA practice
  • Business processing to meet compliance standards
  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • Maintain administration systems and ensure client data is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain diary management system with daily workflow
  • Preparation of initial and follow up meeting packs
  • Assist with the management of cases’ pipeline and servicing existing portfolios
  • Sending out reports with relevant KIIDS and Fund Factsheets, Forms and Key features documents
  • Contact providers to provide information either online or over the telephone

Requirements:

Currently we have a great opportunity working alongside our financial planning team as an administrator. The characteristics we are looking for include:

  • Previous experience working for Financial Services is preferable but not essential (Independent IFA Practice)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Capable of working as part of a small team, and sometimes, working on their own
  • Good Telephone Manner

Salary:

£23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Flexible hours by arrangement
