Full time IFA Administrator

Location: Maidenhead

Up to £28,000per annum

Are you an ambitious go-getter trying to get your foot in the door of a large financial planning and wealth management business?

Financial Divisions are working with a Wealth Management firm based in Maidenhead looking for someone to join their growing team. If you have previous experience in a financial planning administration role or come from a financial services role then this might be the ideal job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and working closely with our Financial Planners

  • Onboarding and supporting new Financial Planners

  • Producing annual review documents

  • Trading on provider platforms and obtaining required information

  • Booking client review meetings

  • Accurate data input using 'Adviser Office’ (full training can be given)

  • Running and managing ad hoc review projects

The ideal candidate will have a certificate in financial planning, educated to degree level or equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience in financial services.
