Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare letters and reports for clients and IFA visits.
  • Maintaining the Advisor Office Database.
  • Responding to client enquiries either by letter or by phone
  • Processing applications and payments.
  • Obtaining valuations and policy information.
  • Liaising with product providers.
  • Completing illustrations.
  • Completing payments & Switches.
  • Competent user of Advisor Office.

Having knowledge of DB schemes is advantageous.
