IFA Administrator

Our client, a successful, well established firm of independent financial advisers, based in Woking is looking to recruit an additional administrator to join the team. The company would like to give this opportunity to somebody that wants to learn and pursue a long term career within Financial Services; therefore industry experience is not essential as training will be given.

Duties include:-

  • Sales Support administration to the financial consultants
  • Processing business for life, pensions and investments
  • Liaising with clients and providers
  • Research and illustrations
  • Correspondence by phone, email and letter
  • Keeping database and records up to date

This is a wonderful and rare opportunity. Applicants should be confident and a clear communicator, have excellent written and verbal skills. You should be organised, efficient, and able to multi-task and prioritise. You should be a competent user of MS Office. Ideally applicants should be educated to degree standard.
