IFA Administrator

My client is a well established, highly regarded specialist Independent Financial Adviser company. Due to their ongoing success they have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator to join their Client review team.

Duties include:

Assisting with the organisation of the Adviser’s review calendar;

Arranging meetings with clients, in an efficient geographical manner;

Liaising with clients ahead of their meeting to ensure the correct information is to hand

Preparation of the review documentation.

The successful candidate will require experience in a similar role and a basic understanding of investments. You will also require excellent communication and organisational skills.
