Our Client, a Chartered Financial Services organisation based in Northampton are looking to hire an Administrator to join their growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to get their foot in the door within the Financial Services Sector in a highly reputable firm! On offer is a highly competitive package with support and progression opportunities available!  

The role will entail supporting Paraplanners and IFA's in providing an excellent services to high-net worth clients! The role will involve maintaining client records (paper & Intelligent Office database) processing new business and uploading documents/emails to Intelligent Office. 

You will liaise with Clients (written & by phone) and cover reception when required.

The ideal Candidate will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy and previous experience working within the Financial Services Sector. 

You work well in a team, hold strong IT skills (MS Word & Excel) and good communication skills!
