IFA Administrator/Office Manager - Mayfair

A well established IFA is looking to hire a professional, well organised and mature administrator who has experience working within an IFA. My client has an extremely modern office that would light anyone's face up as they step inside.

What you will need:
4+ years experience in an IFA.
Good attention to details.
Knowledge of back office systems such as Intelligent Office.
Uses own initiative.

This is an extremely varied role and you will be the main point of contact for all clients so a great telephone/face to face manner would go along way. Office manager duties will also be a big part of the role.

My client does not want to be a stepping stone, but does offer study support should you want to progress your knowledge into paraplanning or an advisory role.
