We are working with a small IFA practice in Hillingdon, Middlesex. The firm is made up of a few advisors and excellent support employees. The practice offers financial advice to primarily local clients, on a full range of financial subjects including Pension, Investment, Savings, Tax Planning and Mortgages. They have built a solid reputation and ensure that all of their clients receive a high level of service.

Due to growth, they seek an administrator to join them to assist with business processing. The ideal candidate will have already worked in a financial services environment, preferably an IFA practice, for approximately two years. The role will see the successful candidate work among a team of administrators to process all new business applications, to ensure that policies are correctly set up and that all appropriate documentation is stored on file and on their internal CRM system. The candidate will need to be aware of Compliance rules and regulations and follow strict guidelines.
