IFA Administrator/IFA sales support - part time

A small but growing Wealth Management practice that offer high quality, independent financial advice, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator with a strong background in the Financial Planning industry, to join their Suffolk office on a part time basis.

The team predominantly focus on Investments and Pensions, with a small amount of protection work. As such, the role will require all aspects of financial administration, including keeping detailed records, preparing illustrations, liaising with providers and complying with regulatory requirements, as well as communicating with clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in the world of financial planning. Additionally, spreadsheet skills are useful, excellent written English is vital, along with the ability to get on well with clients.

Certificate in Financial Services / Certificate in Regulated Financial Services Operations or equivalent is required as is working knowledge of Intelligent Office and a wide range of platforms and providers, preferably including at least two of Aviva, Transact, Old Mutual Wealth and Standard Life.

The role is offered on a part time basis of around 15 hours a week, dependent on work load and the firm will offer flexibility to suit both the successful candidate and themselves. These hours are likely to increase as the company grow.
