IFA Administrator - Based in London
A Chartered Financial Planning firm are looking for a talented new IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate looking to gain entry into a career in Financial Planning or someone who has 1-2 years experience in a financial administration role and who wants to take the next step in their career.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join our Adviser Academy, where you will be provided with an opportunity to study for professional exams and be mentored in order to become a Chartered Financial Planner within 4-5 years.
In the first instance the IFA Administrator role will involve:
- Administrative duties, including new business processing, client liaison and communications, scanning, post processing etc.
- Assisting the MD and other members of the team on a day-to-day basis.
Over time, you will be supported to progress to be a Client Manager, Paraplanner (financial planning technical expert) and then a Chartered Financial Planner.
The ideal candidate for the IFA Administrator role will have a very high attention to detail, be comfortable working as part of a small team in a dynamic and fast growing business and be capable of managing their own workload.
