IFA Administration Manager

Our Client are an established IFA practice in the heart of Norwich. They are looking for an experienced IFA Administration Manager to join their growing team!

With an excellent reputation, this firm works with both high net worth individuals and small and medium enterprises. The successful candidate will manage an experienced team of Administration, and helping to provide the best support to 7 Advisers and their clients. 

This position entails managing a small team of administrators and ensuring that the established procedures for both new business submission and client reviews are followed and updated as required. As part of the management team you will help to shape the business as it moves forward.

You will act as PA for the Managing Director and carry out the administration of all his new and existing business, liaise with his clients and make appointments

Management of staff including recruitment, appraisals etc
Previous experience in admin processes within IFA practice
Technical knowledge of products and procedures
Administration of pensions including drawdown and FAD, investments including WRAPs, life insurance and mortgages
Articulate, good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work within established team structure
