Our client has a vacancy for a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive IT Technician to work as part of their team supporting a large school network.
Your duties will include all aspects of ICT support and systems maintenance, including responding to user requests to a high service level, maintaining classroom equipment, maintaining inventories of software and hardware, responding to requests for audio-visual equipment, and assisting with network and systems maintenance and upgrades. There will also be occasional projects.
Experience of Windows Server 2012/2008, Windows 10, AD management, wireless networking and IT infrastructure is essential. Experience of Hyper V, Apple devices, MDM management and Antivirus solutions would be an advantage.
You will need to have the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
