ICT Support Technician/ 2ND Line IT Support

My client is a family owned business have been welcoming guests and visitors since 1958 and providing unforgettable family holidays. Due to expansion they are on the lockout for an enthusiastic and driven ICT Technician with an excellent awareness of customer care to join the team.

The role initially will be phone/office based with some travel to different sites. There will be a 2nd Line Support activities that could develop your career into 3rd Line and develop your technical and commercial skills further and gain exposure to a wider range of technical issues.

Essential Requirements
*Must have relevant experience working in a 2nd Line Support role
*Physical & virtual server administration including MS Win Serv 2003 - 2016
*IP network & switching technologies: LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN
*Mitel Phone and Contact Centre Solutions
*Supporting Office 2003 -2016, Office 365, Windows 7 and 10 operating system upgrades and PC / Laptop replacement.
*Full driving license

This varied role will include problem solving, hardware and software installation and project work. It will progress to assisting with a variety of project work where you will have a direct impact on the progress of the company

Working Hours: 40 working hours a week, Monday to Friday plus out of hours support

Salary: up to £27,000 p.a. depending on relevant skills and experience (with occasional salary reviews and career progression opportunities).
